Our tailor-made solutions are usually manufactured in large quantities in the Far East. The average time it takes from concept to delivery of a new product is around three to six months, depending on product complexity. At Repeat, we subject our custom-made products to strict quality controls. The first step involves mobilizing our entire account team to oversee the smooth flow of production and to ensure the order is delivered at the agreed place at the agreed time.
Upon receipt of an order, we forward a comprehensive list of quality criteria to the manufacturer and our quality control partner. This list contains clear and unequivocal instructions of "Do's and Don'ts". Each consignment is inspected on-site for design, color, finish (printed, embroidered) and packaging. These inspections are undertaken by certification bodies such as Veritas, SGS or ITS.
