Objective:

Promoting L’Oréal Fructis shower products among major supermarket chains. Entice new consumers with an impulse (promotional products) to enhance consumer loyalty for the L’Oréal Fructis product.

Target group:

Younger consumers.
The product must conform to several criteria: it has to be competitively priced, easy to handle (preferably on-pack) and relate to shampoo, hair or shower products.

Elaboration:

After several brainstorming sessions and inventorizing consumer “hair-care and shower product” needs, we devised the Showerstrip: a product that satisfies all campaign objectives. The product was successfully launched, partly thanks to the enthusiasm of a product manager to be the first to use the on-pack L’Oréal Fructis premium.

Result:

The campaign has meanwhile been rolled out globally; sales were boosted substantially during and after the launch of the Showerstrip.
